Mother Nature defined the 12th and final round of the 2018 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, which saw Eli Tomac endure through treacherous conditions to capture his second straight 450 Class title and hoist the Edison Dye Cup for back-to-back seasons. The spoils of victory went to Justin Barcia, who was exceptional in the mud to take his first win since the 2015 season. In the 250 Class, newly crowned champion Aaron Plessinger capped off his final race in the division with a near-perfect performance in which he capped off his breakthrough season with a sixth overall victory.
