The 2019 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship got kicked off under rainy skies at the Bell Helmets Hangtown Motocross Classic, but that didn't deter the thousands of fans in attendance in their unwavering support of the world's fastest riders. On the track, both the 450 Class and 250 Class turned into a battle of survival as the rain continued to fall and the track continued to change. In the end, Team Honda HRC's Ken Roczen made his long-awaited return to the top of the podium in the 450 Class, while Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki's Adam Cianciarulo began his pursuit of a first championship with a hard-fought victory.
