Round 4 of the 2019 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship brought the fastest riders on the planet to the east coast for the first time this season. The famed High Point Raceway weaves its way around a deep valley, treating the riders to constant elevation changes and challenging them with slippery off-camber corners. As a result, the event which has become a Father's Day tradition, provided exceptional racing for the 43rd annual Circle K High Point National across both the 450 Class and 250 Class. 

Despite ending the day winless in either moto, Monster Energy Kawasaki's Eli Tomac used a come-from-behind performance in both motos to propel himself to his second 450 Class victory of the season. The victory marked the 19th of his career, which puts him sixth on the all-time list. Team Honda HRC's Ken Roczen had an uncharacteristic first moto that left him just outside of the top five, however, the German bounced back in the final moto to take his third moto win of the season, placing him second on the day. Tomac and Roczen sit tied in the championship standings and will be sporting red plates at the Florida National.

In the 250 Class, the battle for victory came down to Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki's Adam Cianciarulo and GEICO Honda's rookie Hunter Lawrence. Lawrence managed to take a dominant first moto victory, which was a first-ever for the Australian who recently moved stateside . A determined Cianciarulo rebounded from a runner-up finish in the first moto to take the checkered flag and overall victory in moto two. The win gave Cianciarulo four in a row to start the season, while Lawrence secured a career-best second overall.
