Wednesday, May 19, 2021 | 4:00 PM

Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rider Jordon Smith has elected to forego the 2021 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship and recently underwent surgery to repair a shoulder injury suffered during the most recent FIM/AMA Supercross season. This latest bout of adversity for the North Carolina native follows an equally heartbreaking 2020 season in which he suffered a torn ACL in supercross. Smith has yet to make a Pro Motocross start for the legendary 250 Class effort since joining the team last season and last lined up for a National at Thunder Valley in 2019.
