The Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki rider will see a breakout season come to a heartbreaking conclusion following a crash at his home High Point National.

A memorable start to the 2026 Pro Motocross Championship has been cut short for Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki's Seth Hammaker following a torn labrum suffered after he crashed out of Moto 2 at the High Point National, the Pennsylvania native's home race. Hammaker captured his maiden outdoors victory at the opening round and was in possession of the red plate as points leader for the first time in his career. He will undergo surgery to repair the injury, which will sideline him for the remainder of the Monster Energy SMX World Championship.

Kawasaki also confirmed that fellow Monster Energy Pro Circuit rider Enzo Temmerman will miss the RedBud National, but is on the mend from a concussion and hopes for a quick return.
