Red Bull KTM Factory Racing has confirmed that Eli Tomac will make his highly anticipated return to action following an extended layoff from a neck injury. The four-time series champion suffered the injury on the first lap of Moto 1 at the season opening Fox Raceway National after contact with Monster Energy Kawasaki's Garrett Marchbanks resulted in a heavy impact crash for Tomac. Spring Creek is an opportune track for Tomac's return, as he boasts a 2.8 finishing average at Millville in nine career starts, headlined by seven podiums and three wins, including his maiden premier class victory in 2014.
