We are thrilled to announce The McGinley Clinic Medical Symposium, trackside at this weekend's Ironman National. The symposium is dedicated to discussing the prevention and treatment of arm pump and other common racing injuries. As the official partner and orthopedic clinic of the Pro Motocross Championship, The McGinley Clinic is committed to advancing the field of sports medicine and providing cutting-edge care to athletes.

The McGinley Clinic Symposium is open to all amateur and pro racers, teams, families, and interested attendees at Ironman this Friday, August 25, at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time at the Pro Motocross Semi Truck located in the paddock.

During this symposium, renowned sports medicine and musculoskeletal interventionist Dr. Joseph C. McGinley, whom you may recognize from The McGinley Clinic's Medical Minute in the live broadcasts of the Pro Motocross Championship, will be our keynote speaker. Dr. McGinley will delve into a comprehensive discussion on “arm pump”. This session will cover what arm pump is, its causes, preventive strategies, and traditional treatment approaches, and will introduce the innovative minimally invasive MVP Treatment. This groundbreaking approach has proven effective in getting racers back on track with limited downtime and exceptional results. To provide firsthand insight, The McGinley Clinic has invited amateur champion racer Avery Long to share his experience with our treatment and its outcomes. Dr. McGinley will also be speaking at the Scouting Moto Combine, presented by U.S. Air Force Special Warfare, at the Ironman National, featuring the sport’s top amateur prospects.
